📚🏀 On Friday, more members of our Girls Varsity Basketball Team visited the Elementary School to read their favorite childhood stories with our kindergarten classes. The students have absolutely loved having the team come down to read and do activities with them!

🎉 Yesterday, our Elementary School held its annual Day of Play, giving students the opportunity to enjoy a little extra fun beyond a typical school day. Research shows that play-based learning can improve students’ engagement, creativity, and problem-solving skills- making days like this both fun and meaningful for learning!

The dance will take place on February 12, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM in the Keshequa Elementary School Cafetorium in Dalton. The cost is $5 per family (one student and one adult).

💚🎄 A certain someone heard it was Grinch Day today and decided to make a surprise visit to our Elementary School! That’s right- the Grinch stopped by to say hello… and cause a little mischief, of course!

On Friday, our elementary school celebrated its annual Joy Day, and our students truly embodied the spirit of the season! Throughout the day, they worked on projects aimed at spreading joy in our community, from creating a heartfelt video and handmade cards for residents at local nursing homes to completing small acts of kindness around the building.
And of course… the beloved Joy Day Glow Party made its return! Students had the chance to unwind, dance, and have some well-deserved fun.
It was a day filled with kindness, creativity, and joy — exactly what this season is all about!

Today was our Kindergarten Thanksgiving Parade! Our students designed and created their very own parade balloons, then proudly marched through the school, waving to their fellow students as they were cheered on.

We want to extend our heartfelt thank you to all of the veterans who joined us for our Elementary Veterans Day Breakfast and Ceremony, and to all veterans for their service and sacrifice.
Our guests enjoyed a delicious breakfast followed by a moving ceremony where our students expressed their gratitude through thank you cards, patriotic poems, and songs honoring those who have served.
We are so proud of our students for showing such respect and appreciation for our heroes.
