As we welcome a new year, the Keshequa Elementary School is excited to begin preparations for welcoming our next group of Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) students for the 2026-2027 school year!
The UPK program will begin in September 2026. Children who will be 4 years old on or before December 1, 2026 are eligible to apply.
Keshequa's UPK program offers a full-day session, running from 8:00am to 2:30pm, and is housed at the Keshequa Elementary School in Dalton, New York. Students who have turned 4 years old will also be eligible to ride district-provided transportation to and from school.
Below, families will find important resources to begin the enrollment process, including a welcome letter from Elementary Principal Ms. Lisa Farina and a questionnaire that will need to be returned to the district.
In addition, we encourage families to watch the informational video provided, which walks through what to expect as you and your student begin this exciting milestone with the Keshequa Elementary School.
