The Keshequa Drama Club is proud to present this year’s spring musical, Disney’s The Lion King Jr. The cast, crew, and production team have been working hard over the past several weeks preparing the music, sets, costumes, and makeup that will bring the Pride Lands to life on stage!
Performances will take place at the Nunda Auditorium on March 13 and March 14, 2026, with both shows beginning at 7:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door.
The production, based on the hit Broadway musical and Disney animated film, tells the story of young Simba, a lion prince who must overcome adversity and discover his place in the “Circle of Life.” Filled with memorable songs such as “Circle of Life,” “Hakuna Matata,” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight,” the musical celebrates themes of courage, friendship, and responsibility.
