Calling all students! Get ready for a hauntingly good time at Nunda's Halloween Block Party! 👻
🎃 Costume Parade: Show off your costume game, whether it's scary, funny, or completely unique! The parade will run from the Nunda Government Center, on Massachusetts Street, to Kiwanis Park, on Portage Street. The parade will start at 5:30.
🚗 Trunk-or-Treat: Following right after the parade, students can go from trunk to trunk collecting their Halloween sweets at the Trunk-or-Treating event!

📣 NEW KESH KLUB OPPORTUNITIES! 📣
We're excited to announce that some new Kesh Klubs will be starting up this month for students to enjoy after school!
🍎Starting October 11, students can sign up to take part in "Exploring Food Smarts." The program will allow students to explore the different food groups through cooking and eating. Let us know if your student has any allergies, and this klub will be limited to the first six students!
🏐 Also starting on October 11, "Volleyball and Fitness Klub" will begin. Students in grades 5-12 that are interested in learning more about the sport of volleyball through practicing skills, and how to strength train to improve their athleticism are welcome. This klub runs Monday through Friday (no Friday late bus.)
🏈 Starting on October 18, students can enjoy a new Flag Football Klub! Students will be able to experience the fast-paced, thrilling sport with their fellow classmates!
Just sign your students up on our website, and a reminder that no specific signup is needed for a Klub.

Keshequa is excited to announce our partnership with the Finger Lakes Area School Health Plan to introduce an online learning program focused on enhancing the health and well-being of our community. A new furry friend is joining the Keshequa family! Meet Daniella, who will be bringing smiles and healing paws to our students and staff as our new therapy dog. Principal Farina will be working with Daniella to help students when they may need a little bit of extra support, and will be used as a positive reward for students.




Today at 2:20 pm ET, a nationwide emergency alert test will be conducted. Radios, TVs, and cell phones will make some noise – no worries, it's just a test. 🚨

A group of juniors embarked on their college search journey as they visited Houghton College Fair, engaging with 59 college representatives and exploring the campus. Both juniors and seniors attended the Rochester Area College Fair hosted at KCS.

Homecoming success in full color! With 120 participants, the Color Run turned Keshequa into a vibrant canvas of joy. The colorful strides and community spirit made this event a true celebration of unity and success. What makes it even more special? All the generous donations received, benefiting the 8th-grade trip to Washington, bringing their educational dreams a step closer. Here's to the hues of happiness and a Homecoming to remember! 🎉






Last Friday, the Middle School Dance lit up the night with vibrant neon hues, setting the stage for a dazzling evening of fun and laughter.




As the week culminated in a spirited Friday pep assembly, grades 5 through 12 experienced a dynamic mix of camaraderie and friendly competition. The gym buzzed with excitement as sports teams were announced, leading to a collaborative round of games where students from all grades played together. The 5th to 8th graders continued their fun in the middle school gym, engaging in activities and challenges. Simultaneously, high school students embraced their own set of activities, including inter-grade games that added a competitive flair while strengthening unity. The event was a vibrant celebration of school spirit, creating lasting memories and fostering connections among students of all ages.










Get ready to paint the town with color! Join us tomorrow at 9:00 AM for the Color Run kick-off with a dance party, giveaways, and excellent food for your taste buds! Delicious eats from CakeEaters Bakery available for purchase, cool slushies and popcorn for purchase from Kiwanis, and snag winter warmth from the Clothing Closet. Plus, KPTSA will turn faces into masterpieces! 🎨 Don't miss the fun – let's run, dance, and celebrate together! The run begins at 10:30 AM following the kick-off party.
