🏒 Teachers Appreciation Night at Keshequa! 🏒
Last night, the Lakers Hockey Team had the honor of celebrating the incredible teachers who make a difference in our lives. Players selected one teacher who has had a lasting impact, and took the time to express their gratitude.
Collin honored the amazing Mr. Sisson, and Kolton paid tribute to Mr. Weaver.

🌟 A huge thank you to Deputy Rene and Deputy Bulter from the Livingston County Sheriff's Office for volunteering their time to talk with our students yesterday!
They shared insights about their roles, discussed the education and skills needed to pursue a career in law enforcement, and answered any questions our students had.
We are so grateful for your dedication and mentorship!

Last week, Mrs. Jines' advisory period celebrated the season with a cozy cookie and hot cocoa party! Laughter, delicious treats, and festive cheer filled the room as students enjoyed a well-deserved break together.

Last week, the Keshequa National Honor Society, with the guidance of Advisor Nicole Ives, created over 100 Christmas cards to send through The Angel Card Project! This incredible initiative spreads joy across the country, delivering heartfelt messages to those who need a little extra cheer during the holidays.
We are so proud of our NHS students for their kindness and dedication to making the season brighter for others. 🧡🎁





🎄🎁 Today we had a very unusual visitor at Keshequa—THE GRINCH! 🎁🎄
To celebrate Grinch Day, he greeted our MS/HS students before heading over to the Elementary classrooms. There, he played board games, colored, and—of course—caused a little mischief!
It’s been such a joy celebrating Spirit Week with you and sharing in the excitement of the season. We hope you have a restful and joyful winter break—you’ve earned it!

🎓 Important Financial Aid Events!
Mark your calendars for two key events to help with college financial aid! On Tuesday, December 5, 2024, at 6 PM in the HS Library, join us for College Financial Aid Information Night to learn the basics of financial aid, which applications to file, types of aid available, and important deadlines.
Then, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, attend our FAFSA Filing Night in the HS Library. The Geneseo Office of Financial Aid will be on-site to provide one-on-one assistance with filing the 2025-26 FAFSA application. Don’t forget to bring the required items listed in the flyer.
These events are your chance to get prepared and stay on track for college!

Next week, Monday and Tuesday, November 25 and 26, will be half days for all students, with parent/teacher conferences taking place in the afternoon. Following that, school will be closed for Thanksgiving Recess from Wednesday, November 27, through Sunday, December 1.

Our National Junior Honor Society members recently completed their annual fall service project, raking leaves at Oakwood Cemetery in Nunda! Their hard work made a big difference, and we’re so proud of their commitment to serving the community.
