🌍💚 Over the past two days, our 5th–12th grade students came together to celebrate Earth Day by giving back to our community! They helped pick up litter across our local area, making a real impact on our environment. Great job, everyone! 🌿👏

A group of our students recently took part in an outstanding Leadership & Sportsmanship Training event hosted by Section V!
The morning kicked off with a series of fun and engaging cooperative games that helped build teamwork and connections among students.
In the afternoon, they had the opportunity to hear from Scott Fitch—an incredible speaker who delivered a powerful and inspiring message.
We’re thrilled they had the opportunity to learn from this training and bring back valuable lessons to share!
📚🔥 History & Literature Collide in Mrs. Vogler’s 10th Grade English! 🔥📚
Mrs. Vogler’s classes used Billy Joel’s "We Didn’t Start the Fire" to refine research skills and explore fire as a literary symbol. Each class analyzed 119 references in the song, determining whether each person, event, or invention started, continued, or fought the fire.
Students then applied math skills to create graphs showing historical impact and practiced making inferences, exploring nuance, and identifying cause-and-effect relationships. This project brought together English, History, and Math all in one class!

We want to give a huge congratulations to our Girls Varsity Basketball Team on an incredible season! These athletes have worked tirelessly, shown amazing teamwork, and given it their all every time they stepped on the court. From big wins to unforgettable moments, this season has been one to be proud of!
Tonight, they faced a tough Frewsburg team and fell short with a final score of 58-44, but that doesn’t define their hard work, dedication, and all they’ve accomplished. The team finished the season with an incredible record of 23-2 🧡🖤

Our Girls Varsity Basketball Team is headed to REGIONALS tomorrow, Saturday, March 15! They’ll be taking on Frewsburg at the Buffalo State Sports Arena with tipoff at 4 PM!

Our girls' basketball team has won the Class C2 Championship! After a hard-fought battle, they were able to defeat York in the finals with a 57-52 victory!

Huge congratulations to our Girls Varsity Basketball Team for their 41-29 victory over Oakfield-Alabama! 🎉 With this win, they’ve secured their spot in the Class C2 Finals!

Alivia made history by earning a spot in the first-ever NYS Girls Freestyle Wrestling Championships- competing against the best from all across New York!
Seeded 9th, Alivia wasted no time, pinning the #8 seed in the second period of her first match. After a tough battle against the #1 seed (who went on to win it all), she fought back with two more pins, earning an impressive 6th place finish in NYS and a well-deserved spot on the podium!
Alivia was one of only five wrestlers from Section 5 to place at the tournament—a huge accomplishment! Congratulations, Alivia, on your incredible performance and for representing yourself and your school with pride!

🥈 Boys Team – 2nd Place Overall (70 points)!
🏅 Ian won the long jump (20'-9.25") & triple jump (42'-11.5").
🥈 Seth took 2nd in the 300m & 600m
🥇 4x200m Relay Champs – Ian, Zach, Seth, and Sean sealed 2nd place overall!
🥉 Girls Team – 4th Place Overall!
🏅 Riley won both the 300m & 600m!
🏅 Carrie took 1st in triple jump (32'-8")!
Several athletes are now headed to State Qualifiers this Friday- good luck to all of them!
